Plantains Are Bae.

Grand Rising Lovelies! 🥰 It’s a beautiful Rising in the A and I’m craving PLANTAINS!!! I can’t get enough of these! I eat them everyday especially for breakfast. 🤤Plantains are a great source of fiber, vitamins A, C, and B-6, as well as the minerals magnesium and potassium. Magnesium is the gem! But all of them are essential for optimal health. A lot of people may not know this but plantains are considered a superfood and have the best nutritional value when cooked.
