How I Gain and Maintain My Abs!

Grand Rising Lovelies 🥰. Happy Wednesday! Yesterday I got a few inquiries about how I maintain my flat tummy so I decided to share my how! Everyday I drink lots of water as well as a smoothie and/or a natural juice. Working out 3-4 times a week with a heavy focus on abs and ass has done wonders for my body. Also I barely consume sugar and of course no animal flesh! Now if you consume animal flesh (no judgement here), ensure that you’re consuming lean proteins like poultry or seafood. Eating red meat and simple carbs will become a challenge for gaining and maintaining abs so eat in moderation. They also slow down your digestion system making it difficult for your body to remove toxins thus causing illness or disease in the body. In other words, STOP FEEDING YOUR TEMPLE POISON. Your gut is the gateway to wealth so increasing your green veggies and complex carb intake will help relieve any stomach issues such as bloating, gas, constipation, hemorrhoids, and diarrhea. One of my go to juices from my JUICES line that helps alleviate stomach issues is my GREEN GODDESS. Green Goddess is a true cleansing experience for your tummy and will leave you feeling lighter and healthier on the inside which will reflect on the outside.
